How to set up a balancer in Mikrotik?

Introductory - there are 2 channels of the Internet. 1-corporate MTS 10 Mbps, 2-home MTS with static IP
I need to configure my favorite Mikrotik RB3011UiAS-RM for load balancing with traffic prioritization so that all traffic from the mail server goes through a corporate channel with a PRT record. And the rest of the traffic was evenly distributed over 2 channels. Or hard-coded so that the traffic for the mail goes through the corporate channel and the rest through the home channel without load balancing.
How to do this please tell me.
