How to set up a 1C server for a client from the Internet?

Actually the situation is this. There is a local server with 1s UPP (1s version 8.3). Windows server 2008 and MS SQL. And there is a task to be able to endorse documents from the BitFinance mobile application. The application itself is just a client to which the parameters for connecting to the database are set, as in ordinary 1C clients for users. The question is the following. As I understand it correctly, we need to publish the 1c database on a web server and open this server to the Internet (static IP address). So what is the safest way to do this with minimal risk of leaking the base into the network? Does anyone have experience with this setup? Thank you.

@fosihas

need to publish database 1c

and ssl certificate.
Refer to the original source on ITS for guidance and recommendations.
There is an application, then perhaps it is easier to give rather limited information. Those. there will be no access to the database as such.
And look at the description for setting up the mobile client.

You can’t just take and publish SCP on the web!) Even if it were possible, rolling out 1C for the sake of some one function is not kosher. You just need to organize a VPN channel from your mobile phone to the local area (OpenVPN, for example, is free and secure enough) and connect as usual.
