The exchange of orders between the site for Bitrix and 1s UT 10.3 is configured.
A regulated exchange is enabled every two minutes.

It was not possible to determine what the problem was. Those. Bitrix support couldn't help either.
It turned out one more feature that the exchange worked incorrectly only on the client-server version. On the file version of the database, the exchange worked in the normal mode.
We got out in this situation by transferring all routine tasks related to the exchange with the site to the windows scheduler .
We turn on the debugger in 1C, we look at what prevents us from loading Orders.
Probably, either the structure of the order has been changed, or the type of props.
