Why does everyone hate Bitrix24 and what are the alternatives?

Everywhere I read discussions on Bitrix24, I often see negative comments about the system. And this negativity is supported. Why is she so disliked? And what are the normal, convenient alternatives? Everything that I tried falls short of Bitrix24 - either the functionality is cut down, or the usability is slag. But I would like to solve this issue before I fully integrate into Bitrix24.

If all the functionality suits you, there are no better alternatives on the horizon, then don’t worry.
They hate for a simple reason.
Bitrix24 << 1C-Bitrix << 1C
A 1C, it is customary for us to hate for everything, including the fact that blacks are ... in the sense, the code is in Russian.
PS Personal IMHO - the B24 interface is overloaded. It has so many features (and their number is constantly growing) that I just got lost a long time ago. Although I used it from the alpha test.

Hayat because the biptrix is ​​monstrous and 80% of the interface is simply not needed.
Difficulty in development because Bitrix is ​​also partly cloudy.
