After turning on the PC and loading Win8 restores the mode that was set before the shutdown.
I need the image to always be only on monitor No. 1 after loading the PC, no matter what mode was selected when it was turned off.

there is no standard way, as an option, you can find regmonitor and see what changes in the registry when switching, respectively, you need to create a "patch" from the registry branch and roll it before turning it off (configured through the scheduler)
