How to set the address of the router in already existing. networks?

For example, there is a router of this configuration 192.168.1.0/24 and there is another one how to connect it to the network without dhcp, the port included in the wan via dhcp is given the address 192.168.1.2/24 or rather the 2nd router can be accessed at 2 addresses in the case of dhcp, 192.168.1.2 and for example 192.168.0.1 but then I can’t either access the Internet from a PC / laptop / phone
192.168.1.3 or I can’t go to the 1st or 2nd router cisco packet tracer: https://my-files.ru/ybsoz75e258a9a8ff21966038961.png
