How to access clients behind a router?

Good afternoon. There is a network, you need to get access from 192.168.1.2 (PC) to the specified clients, the web-face located behind the router (nat / dhcp). What is the best way to do this?

Or set up routing on Mikrotik
So that the networks know where their neighbors are, the address spaces do not overlap, so everything should work

Make NAT (most likely it is there) on ubuntu leave the rest on static routing (i.e. remove nat on mikrotik)
