How to set static DNS servers in debian 9?

Hello!
How to use "your" DNS servers, and not those that are installed via DHCP? In other words, how to hard-fix the DNS servers used so that they do not change every time the system is rebooted?
If you make a script that overwrites /etc/resolv.conf, will that be enough? Or manually configure /etc/network/interfaces? Are there other more suitable solutions?
Or is it configured somewhere in the NetworkManager settings? If yes, where and how?
Thanks in advance.
