How to set sleep / hibernation by critical battery level in windows 10?

Now I have only shutdown in the drop-down list of possible options (see screenshot). Sleep tablet supports. Surface Pro 3, Windows came with it, and, judging by the splash screen, there are some changes for it (that is, reinstalling to a clean Windows from the site is not an option).

Sleep and hibernation are absent if the video card drivers are not installed. Check.
