How to set Skype's Do Not Disturb status while a certain program is open?

Hello. I decided to automate my machine little by little, and here was the following task:
When I open some program, for example, Photoshop, I want Skype to automatically set the “do not disturb” status. I understand that this can be done with Automator on my iMac. But exactly how, I have no idea.

Not sure if this can be done through Automator.
