There is a configured Outlook 2016 with a configured electronic signature, but when sending a file from the desktop via RMB-send-to-destination, the signature is not automatically registered with pens. If you have access to the mail server, then there you can set up a signature for any letter that is sent from the mailbox. Outlook does not insert a signature in any magical way, it simply adds a piece of text to the end of the letter at the stage of creating a letter / response / redirection.
