How to set Prevent users from changing file associations in Windows 10?

I need help with 3 questions regarding application in Windows 10 via GPO or registry.
1. How to prevent the user from making changes to file associations. (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer - NoFileAssociate DOES NOT WORK on Windows 10).
2. How to completely prevent the user from the "Open with" function from the right-click context menu?
3. How to prevent the user from displaying the screen "How do you want to open this file?" when trying to open a file with an unfamiliar extension (with which no program is associated)?

@mindtester

what about the meaning? what will prevent the user from launching the application and opening the desired file from it?
perhaps you should reconsider the task:
- prohibition of specific applications?
- content control?

1.User associations are in the registry in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts
Just remove write permissions from the user for the desired association.
