Good afternoon dear friends.
Tell me, please, who faced a similar problem? (screenshot)
All fonts are floating and some non-standard ones ("Arial", etc.). How to fix it?

PS At first I thought that it was only in Chrome, but it turned out that no matter which browser you open - the same situation. I thought some system settings got lost, but in Windows itself everything is in order with the fonts.
