How to set multiple metrics on one page?

Good day to all!
There is a landing page on which, using the Yandex Maps API, the user's location is determined and some contact information is changed to the current one using JS. It is also possible to manually select a city with saving information in cookies, and also with the help of JS, the necessary information is replaced with the relevant information for the city.
The customer asked to set a separate metric for each city (there are 5 in total) so that each boss of his city can track the necessary information.
Please let me know how this can be done and if it is possible. If not, please suggest an alternative. Thank you.

Found that in the metric you can do traffic filtering. Namely "Title contains value".
Is it possible to install 5 counters of the metric, for each of which to make such filtering (depending on the city of the visitor, the title on the site changes, adding the current city to the end).

Good afternoon, Alexey
The easiest way, in my opinion, is to substitute the get parameter in the url of the site with information about the city. For example, exemple.ru/?city=Moscow
Next, using GTM, we call certain counters for the metric based on the get parameters.

I'm not sure what will happen, only if Metrica can work with your cookies. In theory, for a search engine, this is one site, and you are trying to make 5 out of it with all sorts of tricks.
