Why does Chrome take a long time to load a local site with analytics code?

Hello!
The problem is that when editing a site locally that has analytics and metrics code, Chrome takes a long time to load it.
And every time the page is refreshed. Locally, this is without a local server, just from daddy)
Everything is fine in Firefox.
If you comment out the code, then everything is fine. But this is not very convenient to do for each page.
When the site is on the server, everything is fine, it loads as expected. Why does he think for a long time in the local version? How can this be turned off? Or is it the browser's security policy, and will it check something there?
