How to set minimum value for time input?

There are 2 fields for picking a date:
1) Start
2) Finish

We need to make it so that the user cannot select a finish date that is less than the start date, in Bootstrap 3 Datepicker , there is such an opportunity: Linked Pickers , but what about time ? Those. if these fields contain only time, is there such a possibility? I can't find anything in the documentation..
