How to set light in cinema 4d?

Both of these pictures were made in cinema4D. Model it for 5 minutes. But I couldn’t set the light like they have. It turns out terribly bad. I tried to search on the Internet, but basically the video teaches how to add standard light sources to the scene, but I already understand this. Recommend some channel or books that can teach you how to properly illuminate the scene and generally set the lighting correctly.
