How to set individual properties for an infoblock section?

A client came, now he has version 17 of Bitrix and it is for corporate clients.
Now he needs to make a retail store, with the exact structure of his current catalog.

And now there are problems with the transfer.
It has some functionality that is different, it has some buttons that are not in version 20.
For example, there are "import / export" buttons near the infoblock itself. There are no such buttons in version 20.


He has "collections" in his "sales catalog". And there separate fields for sections are set.



There are buttons in the list with sections.


Perhaps this is all standard, but I do not understand how I can do the same?
The main snag is how to set separate properties for the "section" of the infoblock.
