For the frontend, nothing. Bitrix is ​​a backend. Yes, he has his own js bible, but few people really use it. In practice, Bitrix is ​​a backend, and you don't need to know anything about it. The backend that must be taken into account when layout is a bad backend and this is not about Bitrix.
