How to refresh the page in Bitrix and see the results of editing?

Such situation. I am learning to make a website on Bitrix. Before that, I put the standard edition-demo and everything was fine. I put the "small business" demo edition and this is what happens: I edit the style file or php, save it, refresh the site page in the browser, and it shows that nothing has changed after editing, although everything is updated in the files. I change the site template to another one, then I put my own one again, only then the changes take effect. how to be? how to develop? not to constantly rearrange the templates to see the results of editing?
upd: resetting cms cache doesn't help

Still, it's probably cache.
You didn't specify which one you're dropping. Can be browser cache, web server, managed and composite cms caches. Most likely in your case you need to reset the cms cache.

During development, I would advise disabling all cache in Bitrix. Next, to view the changes in styles and js, use chrome. Open the console, Network tab and check Disable cache.
Keep the console itself open, then everything will arrive fresh and without a cache in the browser.
