How to upload third-party products to Bitrix with a price change?

Good day everyone.
Need help and advice ...
There is a 1C-Enterprise .. There is an online store on Bitrix. Product integration is set up, loading occurs daily..
We plan to add products from third-party stores (in the marketplace plans)..
How best to organize these plans?
At what it is planned to slightly change the price .. with a plus)
Should I immediately create positions in 1C? or for starters, just uploading for Bitrix to the address of the yml file?
and at what stage to change prices? and of course, so that prices change quickly and pictures change at a third-party store...

just unloading
- it just won't. For example, my supplier integration has been going on for the second month for an organizational reason on the supplier support side.
Basically, a loading script is written for each supplier, it can be made into a module and hung on the scheduler (crowns). Much depends on the availability of supplier support. Major vendors have modules for Bitrix, but not always.
All providers have different specifics, even XML files are different, the nuances of the file structure are different.
YML is more for simple products, it will not suit you if the supplier has a catalog with variable products (with options), i.e. goods with trade offers.
The markup can be done in a script or using Bitrix marketing rules.
It’s definitely impossible to change prices promptly, usually on schedule.
