Why might such an error occur?

A "broken" order was formed on the site. When paying through the payment system, the site returns an error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function isBundleParent() on null in /home/bitrix/www/bitrix/modules/sale/lib/providerbase.php on line 1409

The same error - when trying to change the payment status from the administrative panel.
I can't say anything more because I don't even know where to look. If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has an idea, please let me know. This is an isolated case, everything is in order with the rest of the orders, and this has not been observed before.
