How to set Google Chrome (v 33.0.1750.117 m) to open a new tab with installed applications and not with links?

How to configure Google Chrome (v 33.0.1750.117 m) so that when opening a new tab, it opens with installed applications, and not with links to recently visited pages? After updating chrome, I can't find how to change it.

Right there in the settings.
Second item - "Initial group" > "Next pages: add" > chrome://apps/ > OK
