Is it possible to make it not take into account the height of the inspector in chrome?

When you open this web inspector, the height of the window's visible area becomes smaller by its height. Can I somehow make it untouchable so that its height is not taken into account?

At the top right of the inspector window, there are dock to right and undock options. Select dock to right to dock to the right side of the window. Or undock to unbind from the visible area.

It can be "unfastened" from the browser window, and it will work as a separate window. At the top right of the inspector, examine the buttons.
