How to set equal height columns in Bootstrap?

The columns in the bootstrap on different monitors come out at different heights.
On the one hand, a block with a picture, on the other hand, a block with text and a background. How to make it so that all monitors have the same height, since the pictures are exactly half the width of the screen, respectively, and the second block too, but the height of the block with text is less.
Or is there a way to set the row height to the stakes?
Thank you all for your help.
