How to set different priorities for different devices?

There is a D-Link DIR-320NRU router, when someone downloads something via a Wi-Fi "channel", then the speed is taken from all others, and if someone else is sitting on Wi-Fi, then there is no speed at all.
How to prioritize different devices? Let's say that the phone has a higher priority than the laptop on which something is downloaded.

This is the biggest disadvantage of wireless networks, they are not amenable to traffic prioritization.
And all due to the fact that a common wireless environment is used, in which it is impossible to mark some packets as more priority, and some less.
In general, just select the most free frequency channel and you will be happy on all devices.

Section "Traffic Management" in the instructions :) As an option, install OpenWRT on the router, and manage via the Web the face of LUCI - QOS / Wshaper

Sometimes it happens that a wi-fi router works at the speed of the slowest device connected to it.
Check.
Can put not a, b, g, n modes, but one of them? (preferably g or n).
