How to get around: FUP - Fair Usage Policy or is it possible at all!?

To ensure comfortable access to the Internet for all customers, the company applies a "fair use policy" of traffic (FUP - Fair Usage Policy). If during the billing period (from the date of the last charge of the subscription fee) the subscriber abuses the Internet service and causes inconvenience to other subscribers, the system will reduce the priority of the Internet access speed until the next charge of the subscription fee (until the end of the billing period). From the date of writing off the next subscription fee, the speed of Internet access is automatically restored. The main advantage of this approach is that network resources are fairly distributed among all subscribers and the maximum possible speed is provided at that moment. I bought myself a 4G SIM card, I was satisfied with the speed above 50 Mbps on the speed test, but after 12 GB, the speed was cut and they began to issue 3 GB of traffic at maximum speed and then 100 kb / s download. Very slow, help get around this FUP – Fair Usage Policy
