Good evening! In the form, the background is set with a picture, in styles only the full address from https and beyond is understood. Is there a way for wp to understand paths from /wp-content onwards? And then the site will move and you will need to change the links again ...

Use ../ so you can exit the css folder and go to the parent folder
For example ../images/name.jpg
