How to set a route for only one segment and run it over vpn?

Good afternoon.
There is a Zyxel Ultra, it has 2 network segments: 192.168.1.0 and 192.168.88.0. Raised L2tp to own vpn server. The task is to send all traffic from 192.168.88.0 via L2tp. How to write a static route correctly?

This is called source base routing. But I haven't tried zyxel myself.
