How to set a different cost of goods when buying in certain quantities for the main site and for subdomains?

there are two prices here, the first one is for subdomains, the other one is for the main site in $item['OFFERS'] I found only the first one, the second one for the main one, I didn't find it, why isn't it in the offers. how to display it?
