The weather was required for the city site - I decided to use the API from openweathermap.org. Everything turned out great and on request: http://api.openweathermap.org/data/2.5/weather?q=M... I get all the data I need. But I get them without the "+" or "-" symbol. It will be strange if in winter the site says "14 ° without a minus. So I can't just leave it like that.
Perhaps you know how to deal with this? I rely on your help.

Try to get the weather for some city where it's winter. Surely just a plus is not provided
