How to separate rights in AWS for teams?

Can you tell me how to properly separate access for two teams in AWS so that both teams can create instances of RDS, DynamoDB, EC2 nodes, but at the same time see only their part of the resources?

most likely not.
create two separate accounts, this is not forbidden.
