How to separate outgoing traffic in 1 provider, incoming to another?

Hello, I have a question that maybe someone came across.
There are two Internet providers, one provider, the download speed is about 10 mb.s, but the upload is 512 kbps.
The second provider is the opposite, the jump is very low, and the upload is high.
Can I make it so that when working with 2 providers, incoming traffic goes through 1 provider, but outgoing traffic through 2 providers.

I know it sounds crazy, but I'd like to know.

Thank you.

Can. Mikrotik to help and marking traffic. There, with traffic, anything can be driven according to any rules.

You can try marking outgoing traffic from the first provider (SNAT) with the address of the second provider.
But the provider can ban this)

If the applications to which you are going to send data do not care what source IP, then it will work. Otherwise (and this is a little more than always) - it will not work. I do not recommend substituting the addresses of another provider on the interface of one provider.

This is called asynchronous routing. There may be problems if there are firewalls along the traffic path.
