How to send push notifications in Safari iOS?
There is a test application
https://alexgibson.github.io/notify.js/
It can send notifications on desktop google chrome.
But in safari on iOS it does not work
Can this be fixed?
Found that this case works in Firefox for Android. Firefox notifications do not work on iOS. But unfortunately it only works in normal mode. In the background, notifications do not appear on the start screen. The question is, why then are they needed if they are not visible in the background?
I looked at how the Vkontakte application is made. You can't fit in there with your program. There are applications either for the desktop or separate iOS applications for the mobile version of VK

There are no web pushes on iOS. The only way to send push notifications on iOS is to use a push notification provider or your own application. We are currently in beta testing at PushAll. The iOS application will soon be in the app store.
