The main idea is this: The bot administrator clicks on the "broadcast" button, then the bot requests an advertising post, the administrator inserts a link to the advertising post, and then the distribution takes place.

The newsletter itself is already there, but only for text. How to make it so that when entering a link, all data is sent - Image / GIF / video + text + inline url button (depending on the advertising post), and not just text.
