How to send pages in upper case in 404 error?

There is a site on WordPress. When scanning pages, it showed an error:

Knownly incorrect addresses are checked, as well as page addresses in a different case. The response to erroneous addresses should be 404 or 410. From addresses in the wrong case, there should be 301 redirects to addresses in the correct case.

For example: site.ru/USLUGI/ or site.ru/uslugi/POKRASKA/avtomobiley/ . Is there any way to make them a 404 or 410 response?

It is better to do 301 redirects to the right pages, rather than 404 errors. If suddenly the user goes to the wrong address (with uppercase), then it is better to give him the desired page, and not an error.
Here was an answer about the redirect How to set up a 301 redirect from upper to lower case in WordPress?
