How to send notifications via web push?

I want to send notifications via web push after the admin adds news to the site . Notifications will be sent to all users who visited the site and gave permission to send notifications in the browser. By the way, the project is written in yii 1. If there are ready-made options on github, please give a link.

Are there any other options for implementing web push? This one will not work due to the fact that not all users know how to install extensions because the audience of my project is people who are not very familiar with the web.
Found the solution https://onesignal.com. And on its API I developed a script for sending push notifications

Haven't considered the option from PushAll? Not only web pushes, but also telegram, email, android notifications through the app and through the chrome extension. + there is already an audience of 20 thousand people.
