How to send mail from vps if port 25 is closed?

Is it possible to use third party smtp eg. mail.ru?
I can not configure postfix in any way.
This is always in the logs:
5D9145220: to=<"login"@yandex.ru>, relay=none, delay=658, delays=657/0.03/0/0.03, dsn=4.4.1, status=deferred (delivery temporarily suspended : connect to smtp.mail.ru[217.69.139.160]:465: Connection timed out)
