Postfix - why is mail not delivered to external addresses?

Completely confused with the postfix setup. What am I missing?
I send an email to example @yandex .ru. Here is what is in the logs:
Apr 24 18:47:51 localhost postfix/error[11144]: CF4A84018C: to=example @yandex .ru, relay=none, delay=0.08, delays=0.04/0.02/0/0.02, dsn= 5.0.0, status=bounced (yandex.ru)

relay= the host must be registered through what it will send mail
