How to send mail from a hosting through another mail server?
There is hosting and many mail accounts. And there is postfix running on a separate computer. How can I set up mail forwarding from all hosting accounts via postfix?
How to tell the hosting that he would send not directly, but through my server?
What in postfix is responsible for forwarding? It seems like they write relayhost, but I can't figure out what to write there. And why is it at all, we need to send from this server - to the recipient's server.
Help to clarify at least in general terms what is responsible for what.

in /etc/postfix/main.cf we write
relayhost = [smtp.mailgun.org]:587
smtp_sasl_auth_enable = yes
smtp_sasl_password_maps = static:[email protected]:password
smtp_sasl_security_options = noanonymous
