Is there a plugin or program that sets a mandatory delay before sending an email?

I have six mailboxes. Three - for registrations on sites of varying degrees of garbage content, personal, work for offline work and work for freelance. All mail is automatically collected on a freelance workbox so as not to re-login three times in an hour. I do not use mail clients, I work through web interfaces - Yandex and Google.
Sometimes I mistakenly reply to emails from the wrong mailbox. It seems to be nothing military, but unpleasant, I do not like to shine.
Question: Is there a plugin or setting that when you click on the "send" button asks: "Dude, did you check the address"? If not, then: does any of the mail programs support such functionality?
