How to send html email with css?

Hello. There is an html table with bootstrap styles (you know, neatly there, pretty, hover effects)
So I don’t know how to send it correctly so that the recipient sees the same thing as me. If you open it as html in a browser, everything is ok. But in the case of sending it to the box, I get the same thing, but as if without css.
Can you tell me how to upload them?

in emails, styles are written inline in the style attribute
and there are many rules about what you can and cannot do
here there is a lot of useful information

In email everything is complicated in terms of css.
You need to typeset the letter separately, focusing on email.
On tables, with a limited set of styles, and so on.

Email clients are not full-fledged browsers, and may simply not support many css/html markups.
It is impossible to predict in advance which email client will understand what, therefore, for layout of letters, you should use the simplest html tags, with practically no effects.
