How to send email from the first server on behalf of the second?

There are two remote servers and a domain. I would like to send an email from the first server on behalf of the second one. ( Headers and real address of the packet will be the second server ) . Which tools do I need to use on Linux and which DNS entries do I need to create?
I think it's a simple question.

Mmmm... Be more specific. What is a "domain"? There is a mail domain, there is a domain in AD... Do you just want to have in From or something?
