In general, I have a VDS, there are two people who ask for places for them for their own purposes.
I actually do not feel sorry to share, but how to limit from each other?
Both want to run game servers. Can I somehow create accounts that will not be able to go further than their home directory (assuming that access will be issued ssh-only)?

Run them in lxc or kvm and you'll be fine.
