Why quiet sound in Linux Mint?

Hello, who faced the problem of quiet sound in the system, is there a solution?
Notebook Lenovo ThinkPad T420s. The sound card is visible in the system.
Alsaconf and alsamixer and other software do not help, through the console amixer -c 0 -q set Master 300%+ unmute does not help.
All solutions found in Google do not help. Everything works great on Windows.

How exactly does alsamixer not help? Did you find an engine there that matches the output you're using?
