There is an event in init.php, which, upon authorization, sends a message to the user that he has authorized, the task is such, when the user authorizes, the message should come to all users except the most authorized user, how can this be done?
I thought to select all users, GetList, where in the filter to indicate that the user should not be equal to the logged in user, and loop through the mail addresses, but they said the loop should not be used and the solution is on the surface. Tell me please?)
