Is there a way to upload changes to the Bitrix site?

Hello.
There is such a situation, in 1s the nomenclature is wound up in a very specific way. Because of this, on the Bitrix side, after uploading, you have to process the data (glue positions into sentences). Accordingly, the structure of positions in the catalog changes and when you try to unload changes from 1s, a complete unloading occurs.
Is there a way to upload changes somehow? Or will only the processing of the catalog on the 1s side help here?

As far as I understand, 1C "grinds" the changes.
Remake - as the main option.
As an alternative, raise another directory in parallel. The first is synchronized from 1C, the second - inside the site with the first. And the second is intended for publication in the public part. Communication with 1C by XML_ID of goods (after all, orders will refer to goods from the second catalog), or intercept during ordering and form goods from the first catalog into the order ...
Perhaps, after all, remake =)
By the way, in Bitrix there is an opportunity to do unloading from the site to 1C, so that a structure such as on the site is created there.
