How to send a request to a site using Discord.js (bot)?

When you enter a certain command, the bot should find out how many clients are connected to the browser game server.
I saw similar bots, I know that it is possible to do this, but I do not know how.
I do not have access to editing the site on the hosting. I am not the site owner.

It probably can't be done if I'm not the owner.
And if it is possible, then how?
