How to organize development on Wordpress on a local server?

Previously worked for Denwer. With the help of a router and dns from asus, I made it accessible from anywhere (show the development process to customers)
Recently I read about Grunt.js and now the following question has arisen: how to organize development on Wordpress on a local server, taking into account the following requirements:
1. phpMyAdmin
2. node.js to run Grunt.js
3. Access the server from anywhere.

exactly the same as before, just put the node and gr[au]nt next to it. config file in the root of the project and on the road. it will not require any port, so what the actual problem is is unclear.
