How to sell your first eBook?

I read Habr.
My main interests are data processing, statistics, R and all other Data Science.
I see that many would do well to improve their literacy in the field of probability theory and mathematical statistics.
My docent's soul is out of place.
I rummaged through my archives, found my textbook of the 2000 edition in latex with pictures, etc.
I fiddled around - everything seems to compile, such a pretty pdf is obtained.
There are a lot of pirated scans of our book on the internet , but I think, what the hell is not joking, maybe someone wants to have such a "primer book" in normal electronic quality. And I would write something good on Habr, for raising and other promotion.
I called the editorial office about copyright - they say, yes, sell it, we no longer apply.
